I’m anti RINGZZZZZ culture but moving more towards “title or bust” with the Wolves because they need to stop being graded on a curve and get out of the “professional opponent” tier of SAC, NOP, CHA

There is a bright and obvious line between the Gobert trade and the “Anthony Edwards has come to the conclusion that his best chance to win a title is not with the Minnesota Timberwolves” chryon in May or June of 2027

Concise Timberwolves offseason analysis: they are Cooked and have Peaked but Ant can always save it (so basically it’s just Timberwolves)

Here’s the thing about “Abundance”: there is no point at which you can outproduce capitalism/hoarding. If US GDP surged to 500 trillion, you would barely move median material conditions

Tom would really hate accurate visuals of the Boston Tea Party

The LA situation has convinced me that if both were an option for 28, the DNC would prefer Bill Clinton over Obama

Immigrants are extremely good and cool. I want more immigrants in this country for a whole shitload of reasons. They contribute to culture. They contribute to the economy. I've always liked having them as neighbors. Someone please invent a pro-immigration politician so I can vote for them.

Just an absolutely incredible basketball game. I’ll take 6 more of those please.

Things Wolves fans hate to see

Officiating was not a factor in the WCF. The Wolves got their ass kicked by a superior team. They are at a substantial talent deficit and need to address that. Thinking anything else is asinine.

“Offensive foul!” - Wolves fans tonight

pride is next week pride wasn't brought to you by delta air lines, microsoft, coca-cola or even the democratic party. it was brought to you by trans women throwing bricks at cops and lesbians taking care of gay men dying of AIDS during reagan. do not forget where we came from. now more than ever.

There’s no reason to live in the eastern time zone

Loons strike first in the @profcedar.bsky.social derby

And there’s the problem with the Loons approach: one weird bounce and now you can’t let them have the ball anymore

Once again the people are crying out for The Wheel

NAFTA was passed in the mid-90s. Free trade has been great for every American, but of course other structural forces have skewed the benefits, just as they would’ve with less free trade. What you want are unions and progressive public goods/services. Not isolationism.
