It’s not excess if there is a demand for it. We see lower prices and negative etc if there is no demand for it and people are prepared to subsidise its consumption.

It's nothing to do with Octopus, it's the market prices that are remaining stubbornly high. Montel Analytics are a good resource for the wider market picture.

There's nothing wrong with Agile. The tariff reflects wholesale day-ahead market prices which are nothing to do with Octopus... the calculation formula has not changed.
