If you have a device that CAN run Apple Intelligence you need to turn this off as well as the general Apple Intelligence setting. Settings > Screen Time > scroll down to Content and Privacy > turn on Restrictions > Intelligence and Siri > turn off the first three options

Skellig Cheddar from Kerrygold Semi-hard Irish 🐄🧀. Sweet cheddars are uncommon in the US. Lacks sharpness, but has a very robust Cheddar flavor and sweet milk underneath. Doesn't crumble like aged cheddars, melts into a nice creamy sauce. Good choice for a young supermarket Cheddar.

Montchevre Hot Honey Goat Cheese Soft Wisconsin 🐐 🧀. This chevre adds chili-infused honey and beside the creaminess of the cheese, the main sensation is heat (honey sweetness in background). How hot? A bit above jalapeño on the Scoville scale, but below cayenne. Melts evenly.

The Humble Goat Chevre from Stickney Hills Dairy Soft Minnesota 🐐🧀. Local supermarket goat cheese has a nice balance between the sweetness of the honey (actual honey flavor is lacking) and tanginess from the goat. The tang lingers. Can arguably be sliced, but makes a fine spread.

Marieke Smoked Gouda Semi-hard Wisconsin 🐄 🧀. Naturally smoked with hickory, smoke is prominent but not overwhelming. The center has a lovely creaminess, but the rind is thick and firmer. Melts well. Compares well to Dutch smoked gouda; the cheese flavor is there if you look for it.
