I also understand that Republicans as the party in power should be called out, but if we can’t even get Democrats, supposed allies, to care or sound alarm bells, how are they going to care? Recess is over guys, wake up. 🫰🏼

I really wish more democrats spoke out more about the atrocities happening in immigration right now. I understand there are multiple stories being thrown at us, but those civil rights abuses are terrifying for immigrants and citizens alike. There’s not enough noise coming from them right now.

I think more politicians should host town halls. Hearing the problems your constituents have firsthand is so important. It also shows that they care about being public servants, not just politicians.

Gas prices are up. Grocery prices are up. Tariffs are a thing that we have now. Federal workers are losing their jobs. Vital federal agencies are being gutted. More Americans need to ask themselves how this improves their lives from how it was a few months ago. This cannot be what they voted for.
