Man is a Billionaire. Owns a house worth 3.2 million. Around that house, he has a wood fence that is for looks only.. that fence cost 150,000. This man also owns a big company where he pays the majority if his employees very poorly.. so poorly that the majority of those have to rely on Govt (1)
