And this was two days ago. Help desk claimed the event was over and I could no longer get the cape, which is why I'm trying to reach out in the hopes of getting in contact with someone who could help me out.

I did. That's the problem! I completed all 5 quests, got the stamp and notification, yet the cape still hasn't popped up, hence why I was trying with the help desk.

Thank you for your response, David, but I actually already joined and completed all five objectives yesterday and got the stamp, that's the issue. My game and/or account appears to be glitched and the cape has yet to show up. The help desk insisted the event had concluded and closed my ticket.

David, Would you be able to help me out or put in a word for me? I haven't gotten my eyeblossom cape yet. I was informed by the Minecraft help desk that the event is over and participation is no longer possible, and my ticket was then closed. I would greatly appreciate any help you're able to offerđź‘Ť

Marc, I don't know where else to turn, but I've been unable to receive my eye blossom cape. I've tried contacting the Minecraft help desk, but they informed me that the event is over and participation is no longer possible, then they closed down my support ticket. Is there anyway you could help? Thx
