It shouldn't be, right? If you stop and plot out the consequences of your actions, and the lifelong rewards for doing the healthy things, the choice is so painfully obvious. Only a complete idiot and asshole would choose the bad options.

definitely be careful! I had a couple friends in high school who just couldn't donate safely, they always passed out -- but there are many ways to help, including volunteering at local drives or donating snacks/cookies! stay safe, and good luck!

as many as I'm allowed to! and luckily, I'm very iron-rich, lol -- never had an issue with that, only with my pulse being too low. now I make sure I work out and drink caffeine before I donate 😤

I feel this way about wrestling, too.
