Project 2025's agenda for the Interior would also:
- End EV mandates and subsidies.
- Undo the 30X30 plan for conserving lands, freshwater and ocean areas.

Project 2025's recommendations for the Interior are largely about encouraging drilling and fracking. The chapter author says DOI has no statutory responsibility *or authority* to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
It encourages oil and gas leasing in Alaska and offshore, and restarting coal leasing.

Advising people of their legal rights is a profession. Its what lawyers do all the time. It is not a criminal act unless you are a fascist.
