7.5mg Mirtazapine as needed helped me. Not only the nights I took it but carry over effects to the next night (sometimes 2). Side effects- may feel dazed and a little out of it next Monday. Zolpidem didn’t work- usually 2 hrs sleep and woke feeling horrible.

Yeah completely agree. It fairly simple by todays standards but the rulers can’t very well support accurate available testing if they are pretending it’s over. So frustrating the battle to avoid and get some intelligence on the state of viral spread.

I forgot to say the molecular tests were 30min -1 hr walk in.
