I use a tripod... occasionally. Most of the time it's in its bag in the car boot! I have a small one for the iPhone too but have been known to put the phone on the big tripod. Now *that's* overkill! 🤣

It's a known fault with some of these hybrid batteries. I may upgrade it come Spring. Mind you, I haven't driven it since 12th December which was the main problem.

Then took it for a run, first for petrol and then around the area. We managed speed limits from 20mph to 70mph, which seems to have woken it up again.

Used the NOCO in override mode which I'd only recommend if you're certain it's connected correctly. The car burst into life, including the lights, flashing hazards and a very loud burglar alarm! 😮

And that, gentle reader, is why you keep your trusty NOCO battery boost pack within reach of the driver's seat. Not that it would start it on this occasion in the usual way. Boot and all other doors still locked at this point.
