Also use your favorite pickling recipes & you can pickle them in small mason jars. We tried a bread & butter recipe & a garlic one & a hot spice one.

Eat them raw on whatever. They can be stir fried too. & slightly bigger buds put on a cookie sheet & season. Parmesan! Cook on low (but watch for the bright green magic color as they cook!). When the green magic stage is done keep toasting till crisp & eat like popcorn or garnish rice.
