As someone who has done hiring at Paizo, here are my tips for applicants: -Don't use AI on your resume/cover letter. We are professional wordsmiths; we can tell. -Demonstrate that you are capable of working with a team. We are super tight knit on our teams at Paizo and rely on each other.
