Summer clearance sale? 😉

You‘d be surprised how many of those are still in active duty. Especially in Healthcare. Or in Japan.

Interesting take. I think this also applies to self-driving cars. If the system is not 100% reliable and still requires a driver to be ready to manually intervene, but the next generation of drivers grows up with virtually zero actual practice, especially in compley situations, … 💥

No worries, and thanks!

Oh, it seems like you covered negotation and discounts... any chance you are making the presentation or just the slides available?

For sure. I mean obviously we‘re talking about an optimal state here. It‘s not like I don‘t have a bunch of Trello cards that have been „In progress“ for months and work on feature branches that has been getting stale. 🙂

💯 For me, finishing the task is super important. As long as it‘s not finished, it occupies mental space and adds to the analysis paralysis („what very important thing should I do next?“)

Yeah, that‘s how I‘d approach it for sure. Not familiar with Chrome extensions, are they basically small web apps, or can they access native APIs too? Apple just dropped their Foundation Models API.

Love Kittering and his ad displays 😂

Ah, so you're accumulating new annual subscribers at a rate of about 40/month then? That's awesome.

Something that I own and allows me to pay myself a salary that is comparable to what I would make if I were full-time employed. Depending on your stage in life, opportunity costs may or may not matter that much, but for me, they definitely do.

Logical next step would be a Chrome extension that automatically flags text that was "likely written by AI"?

Not the internet we wanted, but it's the one we got.

Ok, but then your MRR is actually 2.6k $/month, no?

Link appears deleted?

Why don’t you add the annual sub revenue/12 to your MRR? I mean the assumption is they renew after a year, right?

Next generation of terrorists is being hardened as we speak.

I know this problem very well. I would assume good faith too. One thing you could do that is unique to your API, would be to let the requests pass, but include an obnoxious ScreenshotOne "payment required" watermark to all screenshots 😉

Yeah, looks like it. Wonder if they‘re treated differently from regular tabs also when it comes to storage expiration.

Your 6yr old is pretty damn talented!

Is that the cursor at the end of the text? 🙂 Absolutely amazing card!

Are you doing split GPU/CPU computation? I noticed that Safari on iPhones is really fast in these scenarios, due to shared GPU/CPU memory. E.g. reading texture data is extremely fast compared to Android.

15 MB of JS for ordering a Whopper? 😂

Also: WebNN? At least a statement on that topic would be appreciated.

Navigator.vibrate() would be useful

OpenAI is having issues as well. Wonder where the overlap is. AWS? I thought OAI was mostly on Azure.

It‘s nice to read this. Welcome back, and build well! ❤️

Haha, I know what you mean. The sad thing is, by now I‘ve gotten so used to having no time for myself anymore, that I struggle to find things to do when I do actually get some time. I mean apart from sleeping and doomscrolling.

I would totally visit Riverbend Books 🙂
