This absolutely insane letter is just begging for a response along the lines of the Cleveland Stadium Letter

The last crop of Robber Barons gave back to the country in the form of philanthropy. I am reminded of the Carnegie libraries. This current crop of billionaires give nothing back. But in fact want more. Their insatiable greed is appalling.

Did the training with Susan, and another member of staff is lined up to do the next course. The room went down a treat with inspectors.

I’m so glad you agree. Have a bit of a fight on my hands trying to convince staff of its value and retention.

I have to mention before we finish that it is a scandal that the recent guidelines have not referenced the SENCO role. It needs to be recognised, standardised, formalised and supported. The current system is too onerous and the level of support for AEN teams varies from school to school! #edchatie

We have been lucky to have had a nurture room for 2 years now. Has helped prevent behaviour issues in classrooms for the reasons you stated above. Therapy dog has been a godsend. #edchatie

Nurture room. Trauma informed practices. Building relationships. Low arousal approaches. Making connections. Starting from where the child is at. Seeking to understand. Co-regulation leading to self regulation. #edchatie

This is his TikTok name. He also has an Insta handle. His creativity, empathy and potential for hope and goodness is what his community and the world needs right now. Best of luck to them all.

Muhammad has lost one brother in the conflict, he has another with Down Syndrome who is front and centre in his life. I’m left wondering how my boy would cope with such adversity with his brother with DS.
