I'm still dead set on moving to Melbourne for career opportunities and changing profession to finance/banking, but right now I can't do that safely without loosing my house. Which is too valuable an asset to even bet against loosing. Better a home owner than renting.

I wanted to work that finance job and use it to move to Melbourne using that job experience and continue to save for a second property and rent out this one. Plans dead. I wanted to change my gender markers and name, 300 dollar bill I can't afford right now.

Got a job again now but it's not ideal. I burnt through my 14k worth of savings over this year and I'm 1 bad week of bills away from a missed house payment. It's STARTING to look better but all my plans were destroyed this year.
