Actually, Holland and Chris Murphy have been stepping up. And I really like our representative in Arizona Rep Yassamin Ansari. Mark Kelly has been stepping up and Gallego— lots have

A friend of mine was wondering that since June 14 is a peacefully planned protest and the military tanks will be in Washington DC, does that mean that there will not be a protest in that area?

How large are your paintings? These are stunning! I used to primarily working in Clay because I could be more spontaneous and I draw on the clay not on paper as a sketch. These look very playful!

I started eating oatmeal & it doesn’t taste too bad if you add blueberries to it as well as bananas, milk, etc. I didn’t have any today, but instead I had sauerkraut with onion & some beef, spicy mustard @ potatoes – – good enough :-) oh yes and I have a half of chocolate 85% Cacao bar daily

I adore this painting! And, one of my favorite ceramic figurative artists also was expired by Valezquez’s work. The artist’s name is Akio Takamori.

I hope it was a copy and not the original. It would be sad to give up such a wonderful artifact.

Thank you, Margie! One thing I love about creating the figure in clay is that I sketch directly on the clay and don’t make preliminary drawings first. In printmaking I make a print and take photographs and sketches, etc. so this allows me to be more spontaneous.

Thank you! And this one sold :-). My studio used to be on a ceramic tour and ever since Covid it hasn’t come back, but I hope it does someday. I sold this on the tour that was a weekend long event.

Isn’t that what happened in South Korea. The Prime Minister declared martial law, and most of the soldiers laid down their guns and now there is a new Prime Minister that is pro democracy.

I may be wrong, but I thought I heard that Musk does not like Mike Johnson and that he will contribute money to someone running against him next year

I agree. The R House of Representatives should’ve read the bill. I have a feeling the House of Representatives will go to the Democrats in the next election if voting is fair

Thank you for sharing! 4 yrs, I’ve been fascinated w Tabby star. I was hoping that there is a partial Dyson sphere surrounding it. Astronomers feel it’s surrounded by a dust cloud-I wish the James Webb Telescope would aim at it so we would know if that causes the dips. www.google.com/search?q=tab...

It’s hard to believe that some people don’t realize there is a hurricane season. It begins around June because the ocean starts getting warmer and it ends in the fall. Here’s some information on it. Maybe the head of FEMA should do a little more research: oceanexplorer.noaa.gov/facts/hurric...

I felt horrible for that honor student that is a junior in high school being taken away by Ice! He was on his way to volleyball practice at 7:30 AM and that’s when he was nabbed. That is so sad! He was brought to the US when he was very young so that means he would be a dreamer.

I read Fountainhead & Atlas Shrugged years ago, but took it more as a matriarchal scenario whereby a woman took over a train industry in Atlas Shrugged. At the time the book was written I believe there were very few women that were CEOs of a co. I totally enjoyed the books-

I think racist people should travel and learn about the many beautiful cultures around the world. I taught ESL to refugees while working my way through grad school. I met some great people from Ethiopia, Thailand, China, etc. Racism needs to stop!

I just heard that. I live in Phoenix, Arizona and our great AG Kris Mayes from the state was the one that was on Jen Psaki show talking about it! Arizona may be a purple state, but we have a great Democrat governor, Attorney General and Secretary of State. And we have Mark Kelly and Gallego.

I live in Phoenix, Arizona, and we had quite a few Canadians that were snowbirds here. They even owned condos. I miss them! Well, today there was a panel of three US Attorney General‘s that stated the tariffs are illegal. It will probably go to the Supreme Court next. The courts keep winning

I really don’t like the idea of terraforming Mars. Keep it pristine & we need to work on our planet. Someday we may have to retreat to another planet once ours is destroyed, but let’s hope it’s not Mars. Let’s hope we can find a wormhole that leads us to a planet where we would abide to their rules.

I would think that the more people make financially $ the more they could spend & the economy would boom – including corporations that supply the goods. It’s a no-brainer. But if people are broke & in need they are easier to control?

So I wonder if that is why the Speaker wants women to have so many babies- because there will be more people in the workforce to make up for the immigrants that are being deported? And I doubt if unions would be appreciated—maybe disbanded?
