AMD Ryzen 9 5950x 16-core. I run two encodes in parallel because a single 1080p file won't saturate all 16 cores. Or if I want to actually use my PC (lol), I run a single encode. Interesting data point: newer CGI/animation movies encode up to 50% faster. It's film grain that really bogs it down.

I'm in the same boat, I'm rotisserie-ing my CPU to squeeze my BluRay rips using preset 2 (or sometimes even preset 1). Compression is awesome, quality is beautiful, but it can take 24-36 hours per file. ๐Ÿข

That sounds off. What are you using to encode?

My mouth: why are vultures so far up, they can't see the roadkill from that high My brain: ooooh look at that setup. AT&T on top with n77 and 3.45 DoD. T-Mobile on bottom with n41.

This looks great! Is it limited to AZ residents only?

And on a road trip the added ~10min L3 charging is spent going into the convenience store to pee, get a drink, maybe a snack, etc. I drove from Philadelphia to Houston last summer and spent exactly 0 mins sitting in my car bored and waiting. But nice try ICErs!
