You can do that already, sort of
You can put AB to have lower priority on the skill list so you can manually select your attacks/casts.
Or it’s moving the starting placement of the cursor, can remember which.

I understand they want people try to different characters and incentivize not everyone locking in to earn rewards via missions, but those mission completions aren’t always guaranteed
