I see the fight for TikTok as a culture battle being used to cover up a national security issue.
TT can and has been used to organize people who think they are doing the right thing to around causes that ultimately support Chinese interests. It’s just like Russian bot farms and Facebook.

I think the dept. of education is long suffering from the republicans whittling it away. It needs to be clawed away from state level management, church needs to be taken out of the classroom in the states where that’s creeping in, and it needs proper funding and pay for teachers. Not dismantling.
