By the Myriad Truths, it seems we have some games in common! I just finished Persona 5 Royal (even got the third semester) and Persona 3 Reload and its dlc, I grew up with Zelda games thanks to my dad, and Baldur's Gate 3 is the best RPG I've ever played

Fair enough, I'm still probably not gonna play it, I just like having fun when I play stuff, and while I can have fun with Souls games, it's rare. I will keep it in mind though

Doesn't DS2 lock the dodge frames to a stat you have to level up? Adaptation or something? That's probably why it feels more jank. I do admit that DS1 does have good worldbuilding and lore

I haven't played much Sekiro, but from what I know of the combat, I'd get too frustrated. And DS1, I have no nostalgia for, so I just see it as a jank game, though I really tried enjoying it. Haven't played DS2
