This though. I cut out pretty early but I didn't feel unsafe until I was walking up Alameda past the huge numbers of heavily armed men. The protest was hundreds of thousands of friends getting together for something they care about (democracy and their city)

Arresting Newsom isn't crossing a line. It's no more of an ironclad, must-impeach-and-remove crime than impoundment, or DOGE, or threatening to take territory of our NATO allies, or any of the other things that are equally illegal & in violation of the constitution. The line is miles behind us now.
