I’ve just helped my mother-in-law do this. She’s trying to track a friend down who has moved into care and my mother-law-law can’t track her down. The friend has an LPA but only their first name is known. It will be interesting to see how long it takes for the OPG to reply. Hope it’s soon 🤞

Thanks Tor. It’s a recent TO and most of the ones that I’ve seen relating to medical treatment cases restrict identification of the professionals themselves but not their families. That’s what makes this one stand out for me and I wondered how unusual it is.
