A friend teaches at a local institute of higher education. Yesterday, the staff was told that if any of the students posted disparaging comments about the elimination of DEI or the conflict in Gaza, that federal funding would be severed and the school would close. Excuse me?!?!

What am I doing today? I'm heading down to the Eastern District Courthouse because some loser attacked my coworker, so we are on round 2 of the Peace Order procedure. Did you know it now costs $116 to file one in the city?! $60 of which goes to the Sheriff's office to serve it. That is outrageous.

Ahh, no Uber Eats delivery driver, I'm not okay with meeting you at an apartment building 8 blocks from my address over an hour after it was supposed to be delivered. Appreciate the directive, but I'm also not going to call you if you haven't arrived at my address 5 minutes after you texted me. WTH.

Ppl in the Charles Village area, be weary of a blue Pontiac w/ tinted windows & VA tags. Monday he tried to run me over in the middle of Guilford @ 31st. This AM I saw him coming so I stood behind a parked car. He locked eyes w/me, stopped his car, open his door & spit on the ground. He is unhinged.

This morning, in fact, when I was halfway across Guilford at 31st Street, and some asshat refused to stop at the stop sign. Then, he almost got out of his car with VA tags to do what I'm not sure. Great way to start the day.
