Oh good, another social media platform to lurk on. Litigator (probably not your lawyer, and opinions my own), interested in Everton FC, Bay Area sports, transit, and some other stuff.

I agree with you. Beto is completely fine. Do need a backup who can also fill in on the wing, but no sense paying crazy money for a starter when we have much bigger holes

Speaking as a lawyer: this is dead on. The belief that only lawyers can interpret the text is probably also why Constitutional norms which used to constrain executive action have disappeared; if you can do anything the Court lets you, why strive to understand and follow it yourself?

Thank you for asking some real questions in the presser today. Understand it can be hard given the dynamics there, but you got fans some real answers - much appreciated!

Relevance can also be a moving target - if you claim we signed the deal on 1/1 and I breached on 3/1, then documents from 2/1 aren't relevant...until I say "hey, I have an affirmative defense that we modified the agreement on 2/1!"

I'd much rather see towers like that than encampments full of people who can't afford housing.

While I'll miss the newsletter this week, I'm glad to hear of this decision - I'm hoping to read you for years to come, after all!
