Don't see too many receipts of any real relevance. There's a lot of gaslighting but very little that's concrete.Similar to Depp really...Playing to misogyny and hoping public opinion will be swayed. I would put this case in front of a judge or panel of judges only..

Your opinion. Others are available. Baldoni has done a lot of things wrong. He failed in his duty of care as a director just by the evidence of the clip he himself released. Pretty sure in the fullness of time he will be exposed...as will the dirty tactics of the likes of Jed Wallace and Nathan..

Frankly I'd never heard of her prior to her liaison with Musk. She had one vaguely successful album in 2012. I did not even know what she looked like till recently and she actually resembles Amber Heard...which makes me wonder if she was a rebound for Musk...She strikes me as pretentious..

Depp used the tactic of "deny everything" while Heard accepted that she struck him on 2 occasions. Somehow that got equated into her abusing him. It was rightly laughed out of the UK court..As we all know victims are not perfect and eventually fight back..The only perfect victim is a dead one..

The UK judgement of 2020. the ONLY completed legal process in the matter of Depp-Heard. It clearly branded him a rapist and serial abuser as well as stating he was an unreliable witness...British polite-speak for liar. The Judgement was fully explained and confirmed ohn 2 appeals. It was not close..

My prediction for what it's worth is that the NYT suit is gutted by anti-SLAPP restrictions and at some point Baldoni does settle but somehow they will try to keep the details secret to spin it as a win of sorts. Depp did this a few times..More PR dirty tricks..

If this gets to trial..which is a big if..Lively has the calibre of counsel who would tear Baldoni's suit apart. Amber's problem was partly that she had inexperienced and limited counsel. Baldoni appears to be hoping public opinion will scare Lively into a settlement. I can't see that happening...
