I, for one, was glad to hear about the shrew. There's a limit to how much end of the world news I can take. I feel like those paying attention are either excited about the nation disintegrating or their cortisol levels are through the roof.

Food and drink are meant to be enjoyed --I guess in moderation. Nobody has all the time to buy ingredients and make delicious healthy food every meal, every day. Do your best.

Meanwhile, I just want more acceptance. For example: You're 50 --those women your age and older who look like super models are outliers. These are the comfiest, flattering legging-like pants to check out.
