Yeah, I live just barely into zone 2, that's where most of the signs and building are that I'm seeing. I'm not seeing much change deeper into Puna, just here around the 2/3 insurance line.

I saw a bunch of signs pop up on existing houses when our insurance spiked late last year. All those signs are still up.
The new builds are small and owner occupied immediately upon (or before) completion.
