The Zoe stuff is basically common sense, good quality foods, in sensible amounts with plenty of variety, in combination with an active lifestyle. Supported by randomised control trial of the impact. Nothing particularly controversial there

I stopped using Facebook years ago, not missed it at all. Still have an account and occasionally get drawn in my hatred of having unread notifications indicators on the icon, but its always just trash.

Yes, that’s my understanding as well, the growth in cars is largely down to safety legislation with crumple zones etc.

3G is supposed to have been turned off in most places by now to make space for 5G, so you were lucky you could get that. Given we have almost universe network coverage from Octopus, Ovo & Zapmap. Perhaps they could have an emergency pre-approved limit option, say £100, accessed by their RFID cards

How exactly do you propose that unconnected charger takes payment from your credit card? The charger needs a connection to confirm availability status, handle authentication for plug n charge etc, handle payment transactions and receive firmware updates & remote servicing (charge restarts etc)
