I still refuse to watch that agency, no matter how innocent people were. But I continued to keep tabs on who stayed and who left; who interacted with who afterwards. Was the person I grew to hate a victim as well? Why do I still care?

I hated him and yet I couldn't find it in me to forget the nicer memories. Maybe he was coerced into it? I never watched him again but I never ever forgot. And... Surprisingly the sudden graduation comes as a gut punch. Why? I didn't even watch him anymore. The feelings are... Conflicted.

Masculinity can be performed many different ways, by insisting you're "an egg that's ready to crack" it insinuates you're not performing your own masculinity correctly. Which further perpetuates the stereotype of gender roles. Boo.
