I told Steve I was at the playground with my kids this weekend and nearly every person had some sort of metal band t shirt, and I couldn’t read a single one. Like his album art, this shirt art is just so outside the expectations associated with the music. Love it, bought it.

One of the main qualifiers when I was trying to zero in on the guitar tone for Spectrum was, for most of the album, when palm-muting, I didn't want it to "chug". "Edge", "bite", & "snap" were ok, but I largely did not want chugging when palm-muting on this album (with some exceptions at times)

This bass solo was one of my favorite parts to play on the album. I still love playing it & the whole arrangement in general The strummy acoustics Chris's snappy little drum parts & shakers (shakers were the last thing he did for the whole album) the glowing electric guitar harmonics at the end
