Have you had good luck with Xbox Cloud Streaming. Is always been less than satisfactory for me on stream quality. Latency has been ok at best.

What are terms and conditions of this. If I want to play all my Xbox games (including BC games) on my PC (aka an Xbox as per Phil), can I eventually play all my games there? Or do I have to continue buying Xbox hardware Xbox.
