It's mostly for shop updates, though when I have new prints I often post the art. I'm looking into making some sort of blog and combining it with the newsletter; if I manage to do what I want I could have a list for art updates too, but no promises. Anyway thanks a lot!

I love this so much. You truly draw the most beautiful horses and all the detail in the coat and grass is amazing

Fun fact, I originally did this painting on the first page of a sketchbook. This is why I don't really do sketches

For starters Van Gogh (from Talens) and Cotman (from Winsor & Newton) if they're available where you are! Van Gogh is very good quality for a "student" range (so much so that there's not much difference with Talens' professional range)

Theoretically you can work with just primary colors, though I never managed to mix them well xD I also like granulating mixes and dark, low saturation colors that you can't have with a basic set

Iron chrome brown and Van Dyck brown (NBr8)! I used lots of iron chrome brown in my fall stoat piece ^^

ah, yes. I have two browns from him and I love them, plus they weren't that expensive for the quality

I sorted out my watercolor boxes last year and have only 47* colors now, obviously I need more

It was inspired by a swan I saw doing just that, and I wanted to capture how peaceful it was :) (though it later suddenly charged at geese, because swans are not really peaceful)
