Can you show me sales and dev figures for the titles in question?
I'd absolutely love Ogre Battle to be ported with some quality of life updates, but I doubt most people here know what Ogre Battle is, let alone be deep fans of it.

I remember fighting against a throng of goblins as a kid.
I looked it up because I thought it was a misspelling or "a bad word" (oh innocence)
I was grateful to learn of something even greater than a horde.
Games are books for the interactive. I'll die on that hill.

Enjoyment is the only logical answer. If the sole and exclusive creator of all things with omnipotent power didn't like how things are going down they could do something about it...as in change their mind.

"Fun" Fact. Honorably Discharged Black WWII Veterans were *Denied* the benefits of the GI Bill they most certainly earned.
Think about the wealth disparity two generations later - the inherited wealth between the white veterans who passed along wealth earned from GI Bill based stuff and not.
