Ingen av de otaliga tekniska landvinningarna hittills i historien har lett till kortare arbetstid. Allt har gått till att öka produktiviteten för att kunna öka lönsamheten och därmed ägarnas vinster. Det i kombination med vårt ökade ”behov” av konsumtion har gjort att vi inte jobbar nämnvärt mindre.
