Anyone? Anyone? The tariff bill? The Hawley-Smoot Tariff Act? Which, anyone? Raised or lowered? Raised tariffs, in an effort to collect more revenue for the federal government. Did it work? Anyone? Anyone know the effects? It did not work, and the United States sank deeper into the Great Depression.

There's so much pent up need for healthcare, the big picture is that doctors and hospitals will have so much more work. I've not been to the doctor in 11 years bc 2 $10k deductible to have kids was enough. I'd rather not know what preventative care might tell me I need to spend money on.

no retirement. Medicare for all is the easy part. You're going to have to give the shareholders something. Do a Dave Ramsey snowball, kill the small companies first, let word of mouth be your friend until everyone wants what the lucky few have and people see it's worth the industry sacrifice.

Until someone starts talking about how we compensate everyday shareholders for closing down the insurance industry, none of this talking will ever go anywhere. Millions of regular people have tons of money invested in our horrible system. You can't kill everyone's 401k, they'll have healthcare but
