I'm quite good at it but our current bedroom is tiny and in the roof. In order to have enough space I have to stand on the bed but the ceiling is so low that even at a pathetic 4'11" I usually manage to smack my head on the beam. 🙄

I think the same goes for torties, most are female (the rare male is sterile) so they have low tolerance for bullshit but if you earn the trust of a tortie they're your BFF.

I've found it does help. I do still get the odd bouts of insomnia but nothing like before and my nails which were a total flaky mess are now lovely and strong.

Yes. I dealt with my repressed anger induced sciatica. It's now returned but I've embraced my anger so it's not that. I think my brain is trying to distract me from this anxiety inducing shitshow. Tbh, sciatica is a welcome distraction. 😭

They're also fixated on bricks & mortar. How about council run park homes which would be cheaper, people can rent/own & ground rent is fixed & reasonable unlike the current ones (a lot of which are run by cowboys). How about SIPS/modular/prefab etc homes that can be manufactured & put up quickly?
