It’s almost like you shouldn’t need one to know what if a play ends in bounds with 30 seconds left on a long play, you should call a time out if you aren’t in field goal range

It should be higher, I think he’s done well and doesn’t have the correct personnel yet to execute his plan. I also wonder if his OC fits his coaching philosophy, even though I am a fan of Grubb.
