To be fair, it's not unreasonable to think that American companies are doing it fairly cheap and that it look expensive because the costs posted are grossly inflated.

If you want writers to follow you, run the account as a personal account and take out everything to do with book promotion. Book promotor accounts have absolutely ruined Facebook and no one is going to want to see them here.
