During which the machine froze trying to hold her 500+ photo order, wasted everyone's time and was told she's been given her 500+ order for free now cause of the inconvenience and me telling her in a tired tone she'll have to pay full price since another manager told her the old one was not valid.

(2/3) she came in multiple time to do that, we tried to help and she kept getting worse. One manager told her she has to pay full price, now when she tried to do another order for the same price and told her she had to pay full she tried to get the manager on me.

If it helps when I was flying back in hopes of grabbing my stuff my server crashed, also my stuff was on Pyro.....and I respawned at Microtech....a long and sad flight back to Checkmate.
