One of the most striking things to me about this moment (and the last 10ish years) is how basic factual information is more accessible than ever, yet people seem to be just as misinformed as ever, if not more.

I may have had to wait 20 minutes for my first bus, but my 2nd bus was right behind it so at least I didn't have to wait downtown at all?

Perhaps this will make me sound like an asshole, but you shouldn't need AI to write a simple email for you, and I'm kind of concerned about the rest of your work if you do!

Oh! Cool! Normal stuff happening, as usual.

I rearranged my room in an attempt to feel more at home in my own space. It feels weird, but I think good!

Sounds about right...

I'm actually not setting an alarm for tomorrow. I honestly cannot remember the last time I did that. #1 king of relaxation and self-care????

I am so tired of violence in the UDistrict. This is the home of a world-class university and an "urban village". We need change and we need it yesterday.

A lord of the rings tattoo is not a want, it is a need

We absolutely hate to read it...

This video kicks ass: youtu.be/o2jzKo1RqWU?...

This screenshot of my "on repeat" playlist I think encapsulates the nonsense going on in my head at any given time

We can all agree that Kendrick wins the #1 Hater of All Time award, right?

Extended family, conservative and potentially transphobic, confirmed to be showing up to my mom's big 70th birthday surprise party next month. Oh boy (:

Nothing is funnier than a girl telling another girl "you're so messyyyyy" after she describes a fairly normal situation, and then launching into a story about a man she's been in a "situationship" with for 10(!) months. Pot, meet kettle...

I'm actually mad that I'm thinking about tomorrow's problem emails instead of sleeping

I'm so glad to see these measures win by such a large margin. Local politics are more important now than ever.

What the actual fuck?

I'm glad someone is asking the right questions!

Three headed cat named purrberus

“Oh, did a sportsball happen?” I whisper smugly from my vantage point on a distant cliff, the sounds of celebration in the village far below just barely audible over the lonely wind whipping my tattered cloak

My problem is that I am TOO funny and clever and handsome

Took my first ride on the H Line today and it was really nice! Super modern and smooth buses, convenient stations, easy to transfer. 10/10!

Did you know that you'd have to stop the world just to stop the feeling?

Can't sleep. Could it have been the 2.5 naps I took today? No....

One of the few annoying things about being a cis-passing trans guy is when I'm gaying it up with the girls and I'm worried I'm coming off as blasé about women's issues or something...but those were my issues for most of my life 😬

Boys...pretty. That is all. Thank you.

I drove to the office today, which I do maybe twice a year on average, and I'm so paranoid that I'm going to leave the car there and hop on the bus home like normal...

Anyone emphasizing the need to "reach across the aisle" or "find common ground" right now is really saying "my privilege protects me from the danger you are facing", whether they know that or not. The inability to be self-aware by most people in power right now is so demoralizing to so many of us.

“During a new double-blind study of feline-computer interaction out of the University of Washington, we found that an overwhelming majority of cat owners responded that ietihteenglkdngkdngk, ggkgggg—dammit, Felix, I got up for one second to get coffee,” said UW researcher Carl Diamond.
