Does anyone remember the very short lived sitcom staring, I think, Jason Bateman that was about a set of brothers who lived across the street from Wrigley Field? This would not be allowed now.

Owned four houses. Not one built after 1900. Tell myself every time I won’t do it again then do it again.

I figured the guys you would be remembering would be Dutch footballers from the 90s. Like Ruud Gullit or Edgar Davids or something.

I don’t think there’s such a thing as contemplating Edgardo Alfonso too much, but I’d love to hear what @davidjroth.bsky.social has to say about it.

I'd prefer he nosh on a pasta that would be more fun to hear him say. Bucatini or pappardelle maybe.

If you have no moral center and believe nothing pretty much every issue becomes a liability. Immigration (check), social safety net (check), trans rights (check).

What a team that was. Ray Allen. Two Marshalls, Donyell and Nets legend Donny. Kevin Ollie. Travis Knight. Doron Sheffer, who was drafted by the Clippers but went back to Israel instead. A feast for the senses.

There’s a sports talk guy in Dallas named RJ Choppy and at my old job we loved to spitball what his real name was. I always figured it was Reginald James Choparella.

You have a sharper eye than I do for these things. I think of S&T as lobster only, but I you’re right that’s fish. I suspect if we could see more of the table there might be a comically oversized and undercooked dinner roll or something.

Nozzles would be a good word. Where the nozzles are long and the Hoovers nifty?
