Why am I pointing out the Attorney General cost? This bill, if adapted in the house and signed by the Governor will cost TN millions on legal fees. Lawyer fees are thousands of dollars per hour to write briefs. What a waste over a culture war issue.

Note: the state's budget is $59 Billion. And we spend over $50 Million on operating our attorney general office. This year the attorney general received an $11,300 increase in salary.

Until last night, the ICE detainee locator stated Khalil was at Elizabeth, NJ—even though his wife had been unable to find him there yesterday. This morning, his location has been updated to Jena — a very remote, GEO group-run facility in the middle of rural Louisiana.
