Encouragement from Graftondiocese.org.au ‘Women's ministry is fully affirmed here. We were the first Australian diocese to have a woman as diocesan Bishop, and first to have a female registrar back in the 1960s. Also 50% of our clergy are women inc a woman Dean and 3 out of 5 Archdeacons.’
