Also, when one member of a married couple passes, the surviving member keeps the benefits that were higher of the 2. So depending on the age difference, could show a larger age than reality.

If you haven't already, please contact your House and Senate representatives. Call, email, schedule appointments and show up in person. Anything to make sure they know how serious their constituents are that H.R.22 and its companion bill, S.128 not pass.

If passed, they would disproportionately harm young & older voters, naturalized citizens, voters of color, women, trans/gender non conforming voters, adoptees, & voters with low-incomes—those least likely to have easy access to or resources to obtain documents like passports or birth certificates.

I think sometimes people get so focused on trying to do things at 100% that they forget that even a 10% drop can have an effect. I ran into that myself when I tried to cut everything off all at once, then had to work my head around a moral way to still engage.

I'm having the same struggle. I know Bluesky is working on a replacement to Instagram they are currently calling Flashes, but who knows how long it'll take for that to come out and meet the same need. For now I think what we can do is engage less with FB, not click on ads or use the marketplace,

Been scanning HS photos tonight. Forgot I went through film like water back then... Also, is it bad that I can't remember the names of at least half of these people?
