But it's true that more and more people in France go back to the old ways : there is a dozen witch shops in the country and there is a few public french polytheists and witches online... It's mostly psychological "self-care" witchcraft, not traditional magic or spirit work but that's a start I guess

I'm not sure. For most french people, you can are either be catholic or non believer. Islam and Judaism are accepted but heavily frowned upon. Any other spirituality is considered crazy nonsense. When I hear Phyllis Curott talk about what it was like before her legal cases, France feel very 90s USA

In France, this is not accepted at all. It feel like we are 20 years behind the USA on this subject. My altar is in a secretary desk that is closed before anyone enter the house and nobody but my spouse know I have a spiritual practice.

Also mars in Leo 1st house : I also prefer simple quick recipes with few ingredients and lot of vegetables ... But also, I burn almost everything and had minor fire incidents 3 or 4 times already (I artificially created a geyser once and nearly peeled my face off so I know now how they happen irl)

Most pages in french are "moderated" and almost all interesting content is deleted, making some pages way shorter than their English version and if you search in french on Google for the info that you found in the English versions, you cannot find anything unless you are located in Belgium or Switz'

We have been unable to use Wikipedia in french for years now because of this. Sad that it's in English too now.

How to suppress it, they may drain other people of their energy. And in a way, it helps them because by nourishing themselves with the energy of others, they get happier. And when they are better, maybe they will hang out with depressed people and do the same for them. If think that's why being

Not really heightened emotions but more like negative beliefs. In the same manner that some people will make you feel instantly at peace or happy in their presence because they are peaceful or joyful most the time and their "aura" reflect it, depressed people have an "aura" and if they don't know

That's why it is no use to treat them like evil people, we should just advocate for everyone to be able to go to therapy. Because, one day, if we don't self-reflect enough, we may be in their place.
Obviously, some people will never heal themselves but it's our choice to let them drain us or not

Most people become energy vampires at some point and dont realize it : almost all sad people drains the energy of others to sustain themselves without meaning it and its ok, they will stop eventually when they get better. That's why lonely people have a harder time recovering from emotionnal hurt

Got a beautiful chalice but had to remove the candle inside before. I can assure you, that wasn't organic healthy wax, I was afraid the fumes would kill my dogs if they came too close ๐

Is there a fixed star or something else that's notable about the head of the snake constellation ? I always feel the need to search for it and stare everytime I'm out in the summer night.
I never noticed Ophiucus beside it before your article though. I guess I'm not meant to be a healer ๐๐

A croissant is ๐ฅ shaped ๐ซฃ๐ฑ. This is a "Vol-au-vent" ! If you are in France at least. That name means "Fly With The Wind" and I've no idea why but it's very cute ! Or a "Couque au Tiramisu" if you are in Belgium which means nothing because they just call everything a couque except real croissants ๐ฅ

I did that for so long that I wonder if I should write a fantasy book series with my political theories as world-building. I could create entire fully functionnal woke utopias to inspire the next generations ๐

I ask myself deep political or philosophical questions like I'm a presidential candidate on a talk-show and I answer myself multiple times to get the most eloquent and comprehensive answer ๐ง๐คทโโ๏ธ

I use my rainstick to open the blind of my roof window every morning because I'm too small to reach it ๐. I like to think that the sound also chase the energies that gathered during the night and cleanse my room. I shake it some more if I had a nightmare or if I feel I need some abundance this day ๐คญ

Night chart, mars on my ascendant in Leo : as a teen had massive reactivity and anger issues, I still struggle not saying vulgarities (being french doesnt help) and am loud. As an adult, really loves my Mars because it protects me so much in a world where everyone tries to trample your boundaries. ๐

Easiest way to start : find the 3 most useful plants that are local to you and start to grow them on your windowsill. In southern Europe, it's rosemary, lavander and thyme or basil for exemple. It's the gateway drug to homesteading ๐

I don't have much choice in turning to personal ritual and gnosis myself because if I listen to even modern astrologers, my planets are a breeding grounds for psychopaths apparently. So I'm trying to figure out by myself what that means for me because that would be quite depressing otherwise ๐

Well, your broad strokes makes a lot of sense regarding who I am (or who I feel I am) and I'll surely dive deeper into that ! Thank you very much. I'll be sure to attend your lectures as soon as I have the means to do it because I really like the way you explain and pass on your knowledge !

I enjoyed this article way more than I thought I would. I realize that my dislike of Thor was caused by him being liked by man-children and my lack of knowledge. I was a bit creeped out that my man liked him so much while being a feminist and empathic human being but it checks out actually.Thor is ๐ฅ
