Unfortunately, the worlds I end up in are mainly PC only, but there are some Quest worlds that are incredible to visit.
Mainly, the reason is due to the quest stand-alone having limitations. majority of vrc have to lower their graphic for it to be able to work for them.

As a random person, my best advice is to make time for yourself, no matter how little, and chill with your friends. Having those long night talks can help tremendously! And there's a little quote I've read, which I hope helps: "Like the moon, we have to go through phases of emptiness to feel full."
