A fellow nurse complained about a patient that spoke Navaho, “She’s in America, she needs to speak English.” When I pointed out that the Navajos were here before, she replied, “Well, it’s America now & she should learn English.” So I asked her if China invaded us, would she start speaking Mandarin?

3) For those asking, the majority of the world has used the BCG vaccine against TB… the BCG vaccine also protects against many other bacterial infections too. Up until now, CDC skipped it because US was low risk, and the BCG vaccine leaves a small scar & BCG messes up TB tests.

Honest question: is it a surprise that the judge ruled they lacked standing? I assume that the determining factors for standing are straightforward but is it more nuanced? Can they appeal this ruling with a high likelihood of winning?

3) And yes, you can get 4 free tests from US govt, but many people have already gotten it, or can’t get it at certain multi household addresses.
