Is that one of those clinics where everyone is given the same appointment time as it's the time the consultant's clinic opens? I really wish they wouldn't do that. The patient's time is important too.

Bur given how they're ignoring the Constitution anyway, and how a Constitution is worth only the faith people put in it and the power to enforce it - not just the courts but the enforcement of judicial orders - probably not.

To preserve undisclosed differentials, there could be a shift towards payment by unquantifiable benefits in kind - things that are notionally taxable but hard to assess, as happened in past pay freezes.
