IBM PS/2 model 25 i also got at VCF SoCal! this has an 8086 8mhz cpu on board, and is perfectly functional except for the floppy drive. i am going to replace the 8086 with an NEC V30, which includes a speed boost, 8080 emulation, and some 186 compatibility. RAM is maxxed out at 640KB.
