As @kyledcheney.bsky.social notes, Trump did have a suit in Florida against Perkins Coie (and Hillary Clinton), which Judge Middlebrooks dismissed. But if he had a case before Judge Howell, it’d be filed in DC district court. And the docket doesn’t show that he has filed against Perkins there.
